The Brazilian Football Confederation have confirmed that Manchester United defender Alex Telles has tested positive once again for the virus.
Even though the left-back has completed quarantine, it is still thought you can test positive even if you no longer can transmit the disease. Supporters on Twitter are frustrated about this latest fitness setback:

It is not known whether Telles will be available for Saturday’s game against West Brom. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be very keen to have the 27-year-old available with Luke Shaw set to miss the next month of first-team action with a hamstring injury.
Brandon Williams may well have to deputise against the Baggies if Telles is not given permission to play. With Marcus Rashford having yet to recover from a shoulder problem he picked up against Everton in the 3-1 win before the international break, Solskjaer could well have some major selection dilemmas for this weekend’s match.
