The “management” of Thomas Tuchel has been “in contact with Manchester United”, according to Bild journalist Christian Falk.
It has been confirmed that the German will leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season. The Bundesliga side were hoping to keep hold of the ex-Chelsea boss after initially deciding to part ways with him in February. However, Tuchel will be available this summer and Falk says a move back to the Premier League could be on the cards:

Supporters on X are very sceptical about replacing Erik ten Hag with Tuchel, with many believing he would not be the right fit for the job:

Tuchel has been sacked from his last 4 clubs
Despite being relatively successful and winning silverware, the 50-year-old doesn’t tend to stay long at the teams he manages.
At Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Bayern, Tuchel has lasted less than two years before being sacked. He has, though, won 11 major trophies with those clubs.
Who are the favourites to become the next United manager?
While Tuchel is the frontrunner at the moment, there are other coaches in the frame. There have been links to Graham Potter and England head coach Gareth Southgate for several months but newer names have emerged as potential candidates.
Brentford’s Thomas Frank and Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna have also been suggested as contenders over the past week.
