Manchester United winger Tahith Chong came on for the last twenty minutes in the 1-0 win against Leicester City yesterday.
The Dutchman replaced Juan Mata in the second half and proceeded to cause trouble down the Foxes’ right-hand side, giving fullback Ricardo Pereira a difficult time with his skill on the ball.
Supporters on Twitter praised Chong for his display and are hoping to see more of the winger as the season progresses:
You were beast on the pitch ❤?

With Anthony Martial still out injured, and Jesse Lingard going through a difficult period of form, Chong could make a case for himself to feature more prominently over the next few weeks or so.
United are suffering from a distinct lack of creativity, and to have someone like the Dutch Under 21 international in the squad who can come on and make an impact from the bench could prove very useful.
Martial may well return for the game against West Ham next week, though, but Chong could get his chance to impress on Thursday when the Red Devils face Astana in the Europa League.
