Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho came off the bench to help his team secure an important 3-0 win against Leicester on Sunday.
Manager Erik ten Hag put the 22-year-old on at halftime, replacing Alejandro Garnacho, and it proved to be a masterstroke.
Sancho played an integral role in United regaining control of the match, while he also got on the scoresheet, and fans on Twitter were delighted with his performance:
Well done, absolutely brilliant.

He’s a better AM than a winger

It does seem as if the break away from football has done Sancho the world of good. His goal at the weekend was his second in four games, which has nearly doubled his tally for the entire season.
Of course, the England international does have some consistency issues to sort out but ten Hag seems to be handling him in the right way. If he plays anywhere near as good in the second leg against Barcelona later this week, United will likely secure their passage into the next round of the Europa League.
