Manchester United have reignited their interest in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham, according to reports in the English media.
The Red Devils lost out to Dortmund for the teenager in 2020 but they are now weighing up another move for the player at the end of the season.
Supporters on Twitter are worried that Bellingham’s asking price, which is said to be in excess of £100m, could prove to be much and many feel that the club should focus on cheaper alternatives:
He'd be a great addition but he'd be so expensive. If we got him I'm not sure we'd be able to afford many other players and we still need at least 3 or 4 after Jude.

I'd go for moises caicedo for less. With casemiro as his mentor he will become a beast

If we want to have any hope of signing him then Champions League football is a must. Every top club will be after him next summer so it won't be easy trying to sign him

It’s not only the cost of Bellingham that will make any move difficult to finalise, competition for the midfielder’s signature is also expected from the likes of Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool.
If United are to have any hope of snapping up the 19–year-old, they will need to finish in the top four, and even then they may have a job on their hands competing with teams like Real and City, who may have greater financial resources at their disposal.
