Manchester United are hoping to get as much as £50m for outcast Jadon Sancho, according to The Mirror.
The Red Devils believe that the England international is still young enough and possesses the talent to be a success elsewhere so they are unwilling to sell him for a cut price.
Some fans on X agree with the principle but others doubt that United will find a club in Europe willing to meet their asking price:
That's a fair price. Dortmund should be in for him

£50m is actually too small
If we paid £60m for Mount why can’t we expect to get £70m for Sancho? After he’s still just 23 years— Pa_MUFC (@PaSheikhnaS) November 15, 2023
no one in their right mind would pay that money for Sancho right now. MAX MAX 35-40$ MILL

What are the options for Sancho?
It is believed that Juventus are keen on recruiting the 23-year-old, but they are not interested in signing him on a permanent deal.
The Serie A club are likely to make a loan offer, with no loan fee. In addition, they will expect United to pay most of Sancho’s wages. You can’t see United agreeing to that.
There are not many other European teams said to be keen on Sancho, mainly due to the cost of the transfer. Saudi Arabia would be a realistic destination but the player is thought to have ruled out a move to the Middle East.
Is there any chance of the player staying at United?
If Erik ten Hag remains at Old Trafford, Sancho doesn’t have a future with the Manchester club. He has refused to apologise to his manager so a transfer is the only option on the table at this stage.
