Manchester United are in the driving seat to sign Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Kim Min-Jae, according to RMC Sport reporter Fabrice Hawkins.
The reliable journalist says that Paris Saint-Germain’s transfer advisor Luis Campos has held talks with Kim’s agent, and the Ligue One side would like to snap up Osimhen as well. However, the pair have set their sights on moves to the Premier League with United having “positioned” themselves to get the two transfers done this summer:
Le PSG tente toujours d’attirer Kim min-Jae et Osimhen

As Hawkins says, Napoli are demanding around €150m (£130.3m) for Osimhen, while it is believed that Kim has a €50m (£43.4m) release clause in his contract that can be triggered at the beginning of July.
Other teams, in addition to PSG, are keen on the two players. Manchester City have been mentioned as a potential suitor for Kim, while Chelsea are known to be keen admirers of Osimhen. At the moment, though, it appears United have stolen a march on their rivals.
Recent reports have suggested that United’s transfer budget this summer will be between £100m and £150m.
However, this can be supplemented by player sales so there is no reason why they can’t afford to sign both players.
