Manchester United no longer see signing Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho as a priority for the summer transfer window, according to the Manchester Evening News.
Numerous reports have suggested that the Red Devils retain an interest in snapping up the 21-year-old but the local newspaper reports that the emergence of Mason Greenwood has made strengthening the right flank a less pressing concern for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Sancho has been a long-term target for United and supporters on Twitter are not particularly happy about this latest development:
Greenwood is a 9 so this makes no sense

If United are taking a backseat in the race for the England international, it could well mean that Chelsea are the favourites for the player’s signature.
Both the Blues and Liverpool have been linked with Sancho over the past few weeks so we shall have to wait and see whether another Premier League team do in fact make a move for the £86m rated winger.
