“Stop moaning and get on with it!”- Vinne Jones slams Manchester United star following Wolves draw

Vinnie Jones has told Manchester United star Paul Pogba to ‘stop moaning and get on with it’ after the Frenchman’s latest comments about Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho was critical of his side following their 1-1 draw with Wolves on Saturday, suggesting his players lacked the right attitude to take away all three points from Nuno Espírito Santo’s side.

Pogba then hit-back at the Portuguese boss by suggesting he does not allow the players to express themselves on the pitch.

When asked about United’s lack of creativity in the final third, he said: “I can’t tell you because I’m a player. It’s not me.

“I’m not the manager, I cannot say that, but obviously we should show more options of playing. When we are at home we should attack, attack, attack. That’s Old Trafford.”

Pogba has had many people jump to his defence in the past, with plenty of critics suggesting the Frenchman is right to criticise Mourinho given his inability to bring the best out of the 25-year-old midfielder.

But Vinnie Jones does not sympathise, and instead suggests the World Cup winner should be doing his talking on the pitch instead.

“That would drive Mourinho mad as a manager,” the former Wimbledon player and FA Cup winner said.

“Just get on with it and play football! For players to keep coming out and staying stuff – do it on the pitch!

“Even the other players must get sick of it when the same players are in there moaning, you’d do something about it.

“He’s supposed to be one of the best players in the world – stop moaning and get on with it!”
