In this list, we will be ranking the four clubs in the Premier League who had the worst summer transfer windows in the division this year.

Clubs such as Manchester City, AFC Bournemouth and Brighton all had excellent windows – today, however, we will be looking at the opposite end of the spectrum.

Of course, it is perhaps harsh to judge a transfer window at such an early stage – this piece is merely speculative, but we have our reasons.
