‘Nothing Is Ruled Out…’ Report Claims £88M Rated United Target Could Be Put Up For Sale

Barcelona may consider selling Manchester United target Ansu Fati this summer if a “high economic proposal” is made, according to Sport.

The forward has not started regularly under manager Xavi this season and, with Barca keen to raise funds, “nothing is ruled out” in terms of potential sales.

Fati is said to be worth around €100m (£88m) and the Catalan club are aware that there are a number of teams interested in taking him off their hands at the end of the season.

Sport name United as the leading contender to snap up the 20-year-old, although other clubs, such as Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle, have also been mentioned as possible suitors in previous reports.

Whether manager Erik ten Hag sees Fati as a top target, it is up for debate. The Spanish international generally favours playing off the left wing, and the club’s priority is to sign a number nine. It seems unlikely that the Red Devils would invest so much money in a player who doesn’t fit the profile.
