Latest Manchester United Injury Report: Updates On Sancho, Antony And Three Other Players

Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has missed the last two fixtures against Real Sociedad and Aston Villa due to illness.

Manager Erik ten Hag will be hoping to have the 22-year-old back available when they take on Villa again in the Carabao Cup on Thursday evening.

Antony has spent longer on the treatment table than many expected. Ten Hag had initially played down the knock that the Brazilian had picked up in training but he has now been missing for three games, having last played in the 1-1 draw against Chelsea.

Brandon Williams is believed to be on the comeback trail, having returned to training last month but the fullback still hasn’t featured in a matchday squad so far this season.

Raphael Varane is out until after the World Cup with a thigh injury he sustained during the second half of the match versus Chelsea, while Axel Tuanzebe is not expected to be back in action until Christmas.
