Latest Manchester United Injury Report: Updates On De Gea, Telles, Martial And Five Others

Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea will undergo a scan on a knee injury he sustained against Southampton yesterday. The Spaniard was replaced at half-time by Dean Henderson in the 3-2 win.

Alex Telles was also taken off five minutes from the end with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirming the Brazilian had picked up a knock but it is not thought to be a serious problem.

Anthony Martial was missing from the matchday squad after falling ill overnight but he shouldn’t be sidelined for a long period. Both Paul Pogba (ankle) and Scott McTominay (knock) are expected to train today ahead of Wednesday’s clash against Paris Saint-Germain, which will come as a big boost.

Luke Shaw is still not available as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury. The left-back was predicted to be out for a month so it could be at least another week before he makes his comeback.

Eric Bailly has yet to return to the first-team squad as he continues his recovery from a muscular problem while Phil Jones (knee) is not expected to be back before Christmas.
