With reports claiming that United are now leading the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool in the race to sign Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, it has left many fans on Twitter surprised by how effective the club have been in the transfer market so far this summer.
After agreeing a deal in principle to sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund, and with the Manchester side seemingly closing in on a move for Real Madrid’s Raphael Varane, it looks as though the club are really aiming high with their ambitions.

Of course, it should be pointed out that only one of those three deals have been finalised so it’s probably wise to reserve judgement on United’s business until later in the transfer window.
Even so, it does appear that the Red Devils are making much better progress in terms of signings than they have done in previous years.
