‘I Beg He Stays’ ‘Well Deserved’ United Fans React As Star Is Handed Player Of The Month Award

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been given the club’s Player of the Month award for January after a string of excellent displays.

The Frenchman scored two goals and provided one assist in six league games last month and supporters on Twitter feel he merits the accolade:

Pogba has really come alive over the past couple of months, and the 27-year-old has been integral in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side unbeaten run which extended to thirteen league matches.

Some may argue that Luke Shaw would have been just as deserving of the award, considering his superb performances since the New Year, but Pogba has been at the top of his game.

Solskjaer has employed the France international in various positions, on the left, the right and through the middle, and the player has adapted well to every role. If the Red Devils are to chase down Manchester City at the top of the table, he will undoubtedly play a crucial part.
