Dribbling
In the Bundesliga last season, Coman had 2.4 successful dribbles per game compared to Chiesa’s 1.5. However, it must be pointed that while the Frenchman does generally pick up the ball and run with it more often than his Italian counterpart, both have roughly the same success percentage for keeping possession (around 60%).
As we will see later on in this piece, Coman is very much a traditional winger, while Chiesa, in contrast, has more in common with an inside forward.
