Cavani And Bailly To Start, Greenwood And Lindelof On The Bench: United’s Predicted XI To Play Palace

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will want to go into this weekend’s huge Manchester derby off the back of a positive performance against Crystal Palace.

The Red Devils travel to Selhurst Park tomorrow night knowing they need to pick up three points in order to build some momentum prior to the City game.

David De Gea is likely to keep his place in goal, having made a very good save from Hakim Ziyech in the 0-0 draw against Chelsea at the weekend. Dean Henderson will have to be satisfied with a place on the bench.

In defence, Solskjaer may be tempted to rotate his centre-backs, with Eric Bailly coming in to partner Harry Maguire, meaning Victor Lindelof will have to make way. Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw are expected to line up as the fullbacks.

Nemanja Matic could replace Scott McTominay in the line up, playing alongside Fred and Bruno Fernandes in the middle of the park.

Edinson Cavani is expected to be available and he may be named ahead of Mason Greenwood in the eleven, with Marcus Rashford and Daniel James playing on the flanks.

Manchester United’s Predicted XI To Face Crystal Palace:

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, Fernandes, Matic, James, Cavani, Rashford
