United ‘Willing To Listen To Offers’ For De Gea But Fear The One Club Interested In Him May Look Elsewhere

Manchester United are “willing to listen to offers” for goalkeeper David De Gea, according to Eurosport, but the Red Devils are not optimistic about selling him in the summer.

Dean Henderson is in line to become the club’s number one if De Gea leaves, and the main reason why the Manchester club are ready to let the Spaniard go is the fact that his understudy has threatened to quit Old Trafford if he isn’t given more game time.

However, the lack of suitors for De Gea is likely to be a major issue. There is only one team that may consider taking on the keeper, and that is Paris Saint-Germain. The Ligue One champions are after a new number one but they are also interested in the likes of AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma and Tottenham’s Hugo Lloris.

With that being the case, De Gea is expected to remain at United, with the inevitable consequence that Henderson will leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.
