Jadon Sancho is set to put pen to paper on a £250,000 a week contract ahead of his move to Manchester United, according to the Daily Telegraph‘s Northern Football Correspondent James Ducker.
The reliable journalist claims that the 21-year-old is “expected” to seal his transfer from Borussia Dortmund “this week” with the Red Devils likely to pay around €90m (£77.4m) to the Bundesliga side for the England international:
Borussia Dortmund are looking at another London-born winger, England Under-21 international Noni Madueke, who plays for PSV after leaving Spurs in 2019, as a potential replacement for the #mufc bound Jadon Sancho https://t.co/tKSAJMsy2O

Ducker is usually spot-on when it comes to United so it does seem like it is only a matter of time before we get confirmation of Sancho‘s move to Old Trafford.
Liverpool were also said to be interested in the winger but Jurgen Klopp’s side were only expected to make their move if they had sold Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino or Mo Salah this summer. Chelsea had also been credited with an interest but Sancho’s switch to United always seemed the most likely.
