Manchester United have added Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde to their shortlist of targets for the January transfer window, according to reports in the UK.
The 21-year-old is valued between €65m (£59m) and €70m (£63.5m) by his club, and the Red Devils are keeping tabs on the defender as they weigh up a bid for a new centre-half, following a very poor start to the season defensively.
At the moment, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to persist with the options he has but if things don’t improve, an offer for Kounde could be on the cards. Fans on Twitter would definitely back a move for the Frenchman:

Manchester City made a bid for the France Under 21 international before the summer transfer window closed but the Citizens eventually decided to sign Ruben Dias from Benfica instead.
Kounde is not the only player that United are reportedly scouting with Villarreal’s Pau Torres also being looked at as a potential alternative.
