Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is willing to stay and sign a new contract with the Red Devils, according to the Daily Mail.
It is believed that the player could be persuaded to commit his future to the Manchester club if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side seal Champions League qualification. It was widely believed that the Frenchman would be offloaded in the summer with two years remaining on his current deal, but United’s recent performances and the signing of Bruno Fernandes have also reportedly influenced the midfielder’s thinking.
Pogba’s contract renewal won’t come cheap, though, with the Mail claiming that the 26-year-old could see his weekly wage rise from £300,000 a week to £400,000 a week. That figure has divided fans on Twitter:
Would love him to stay but that’s a lot ?
