Manchester United vs Everton Team News, Betting Odds And Where To Watch

Manchester United face a trip to Goodison Park this weekend to play against an Everton side who are one place above them in the table.

United are 15th in the league, coming off the back of a 1-0 defeat to Tottenham in their last game, which saw United fail to score for consecutive Premier League games.

Ruben Amorim will hope to see his side bounce back this weekend as they are languishing at the bottom of the table, with an eye over their shoulder to the relegation zone.

Manchester United have also suffered some more injuries lately as the likes of Lisandro Martinez, Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Kobbie Mainoo will all miss the game. Click here to see our predicted XI for United on Saturday.

They play against former manager David Moyes, who has kept Everton out of a relegation battle since replacing Sean Dyche. His side have won four of their last five games in the Premier League. With the form going well at Goodison Park, it could be a tough one for Manchester United on Saturday.

Manchester United backed to lose against Everton

Going by the recent form of Amorim’s side compared to the Toffees, it doesn’t come as a surprise that Everton have been made favourites by the bookmakers for the game.

According to Oddschecker, Everton are backed at 13/8 to win, which gives them a 38.1% chance of victory.

United are backed to win at 2/1 (33.3%), and a draw is backed at odds of 9/4 (30.8%), so the bookmakers are predicting a close game at Goodison.

We predict a 1-1 draw in which Manchester United see some signs of improvement, but can’t manage to get over the line with a win.
