“What A Player” Roy Keane Lavishes Praise On United Star After Witnessing What He Did Last Night

Manchester United legend Roy Keane has praised former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo after the 36-year-old scored a hat-trick in Portugal’s 5-0 win over Luxembourg.

It was the 58th time in Ronaldo’s professional career that he has picked up the match ball, and Keane was very complimentary after seeing his performance yesterday evening:

“Will I say it again? The guy’s a genius. Absolutely amazing. What a player.”

Ronaldo doesn’t seem to be slowing down, despite many believing his best years are behind him. His hat-trick last night means he now has 115 international goals, which is an all-time record.

After resting him in the 1-1 draw against Everton before the international break, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is very unlikely to keep the Portuguese star on the bench when the Red Devils take on Leicester at the King Power Stadium this weekend.

The Foxes will be a stern test for Solskjaer’s side, and they will be without Raphael Varane after the Frenchman picked up a groin injury playing for France.
