Many have debated whether or not Rooney deserves to be called England’s best ever. Though his record speaks for himself, it probably isn’t wise to fully judge Rooney until he hangs up his boots entirely. With probably another 2 major tournaments still to come from the No.10, who knows what is yet to come.
