Manchester United are among the favourites to snap up Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer, according to reports in the Italian media.

Manager Erik ten Hag is believed to be considering whether to make a move for the France international, who is available for just €20m (£17m) due to his contract situation.

Rabiot has one year remaining on his current deal and Juve are unlikely to hand him an extension, so a parting of the ways is expected before the transfer window shuts.

Chelsea and Newcastle have also been suggested as potential destinations over the past few days, while a return to Paris Saint-Germain has been mentioned as well.

However, it does appear as if the most concrete interest in Rabiot is coming from United. Any offer for the 27-year-old would probably depend on how the situations with Frenkie de Jong and Christian Eriksen play out.

Ten Hag is said to want both midfielders at Old Trafford but, if one of these deals does collapse, a bid to sign Rabiot could be revived.
