Manchester United are one of the teams who are monitoring Fulham centre-back Joachim Andersen, according to reports in the English media.

The Danish international has impressed for the Cottagers this season, despite Scott Parker’s side looking like favourites to be relegated after recent results.

Andersen is currently on loan from Lyon, and it is believed the French club would be willing to offload the 24-year-old in the summer if they receive an offer in the region of £25m.

The defender is not only being tracked by United, with Tottenham also said to be watching the player, while Arsenal have been linked with him over the past couple of years.

Whether United see signing Andersen as a priority, it is up for debate. The Red Devils are keen on signing a new centre-half but there are other priorities in the squad, with a striker, a right-winger and a holding midfielder all positions the club are looking to reinforce.
