United Star Leads The Way As FIFA 22’s Premier League Players Ratings Are Revealed

Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo and Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne have both been handed 91 ratings by EA Sports for FIFA 22.

The two players are the highest rated Premier League players in the game, with the likes of Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante and Tottenham’s Harry Kane being given scores of 90.

Liverpool’s Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Alisson Becker and Virgil van Dijk were all ranked at 89, along with Spurs’s Son Heung-Min and Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson.

EA Sports have only revealed a small selection of ratings so far, ahead of the games official release on October 1st. There have, however, been some leaks that reveal more about United’s players.

Behind Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes has reportedly been rated at 88, with Paul Pogba and Jadon Sancho on 87. Marcus Rashford is thought to have been given a rating of 85, with Mason Greenwood as low as 78.

As always, though, it has to be pointed out that EA Sports are hardly experts when judging players. Unlike Football Manager, they are not known for using data and real scouts to accurately come up with player ratings.
