United Scouts Set To ‘Be In Attendance’ To Watch £20m Rated Bundesliga Ace In Action This Weekend

Representatives from Manchester United are set to “be in attendance” to watch Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey in the German Cup final this weekend, according to Sky Sports.

The Jamaican is on the Red Devils’ radar, along with Manchester City and Liverpool, and it is believed all three clubs will have scouts keeping an eye on the player’s performance.

Bailey is said to be keen on a move to the Premier League and has tasked his agents with securing a transfer to England. His cause could be helped by the fact that he may be available for a knockdown price.

Leverkusen were reportedly looking for £60m for the 22-year-old but the financial impact of the global health crisis could reduce the fee to as low as £20m.

Bailey does generally play as a left-winger but United could well utilise him on the right-wing so he cut in onto his stronger left foot.
