United Planning Deals For TWO Attacking Midfielders Next Summer

Manchester United are weighing up moves for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen and Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish next summer, according to reports in the UK.

The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a bid for the Spurs star in particular but it appears they may only look to make an approach if he is available on a free transfer in July.

Eriksen’s contract at Tottenham expires at the end of the season, and it is believed he will be made available for transfer in January, but United are unlikely to bite by making an offer for the 27-year-old. They will, though, risk missing out if another club makes their move next month.

The Manchester club have also received glowing reports from their scouts about Grealish. The 24-year-old has been in excellent form for Villa this season but United’s interest is dependent on whether his team are relegated this campaign.

It is felt that Grealish’s commitment to the Midlands club would likely see him stay at Villa Park if they retain their Premier League status.
