Roy Keane Makes Bold Prediction Ahead Of Manchester United’s Game Against Sheffield United

Manchester United legend Roy Keane expects his former club to romp to victory when they take on Sheffield United this weekend.

The Red Devils have been struggling for form since the start of the season but the Blades are bottom of the table and Keane predicted an emphatic win when he was asked for the scoreline on the Super 6 Predictor:

“4-1… It’s going to be one of those nights.”

Keane is being rather bold with his prediction, but the score is not beyond the realms of possibility considering how poor Sheffield United have been so far this season.

Paul Heckingbottom’s team have yet to win since being promoted from the Championship, picking up just 1 solitary draw and 7 defeats in 8 games.

The Blades’ home form will give ten Hag’s men even more confidence

Sheffield United may have secured their only point so far at home (a 2-2 draw against Everton), but their other results at Bramall Lane have been woeful.

They have lost to Crystal Palace and Manchester City by the odd goal (which is not a disgrace), but they were also thrashed 8-0 by Newcastle last month, as well as being beaten by League One side Lincoln City in the Carabao Cup. There is, therefore, every reason for United to be confident going into Saturday’s match.

United still need to show up

It’s fair to say that the Red Devils were very lucky to get the 3 points against Brentford before the international break. They needed 2 late goals from Scott McTominay to save them from what could have been their 5th defeat in 8 league games.

Manager Erik ten Hag will be hoping that his team can, at least, use the last-gasp victory last time out as a springboard for better performances, starting with Sheffield United.
