United Named As One Of Three Clubs Who Could Sign Dutch “Revelation” After Impressive Start To The Season

Ex-Ajax manager Aad De Mos has backed Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag to raid his former team to sign midfielder Kenneth Taylor.

The Red Devils spent €100m in order to snap up Antony from the Dutch champions but De Mos suggests the likes of United (as well as Barcelona and Real Madrid) could go after Taylor:

“He will be the revelation of the Oranje at the World Cup. He is already one of the best players on the field at Ajax. He will stay for another year after this, then it will be Barcelona, Real Madrid or Manchester United.”

Taylor was handed his first senior Netherlands cap in the 2-0 win over Poland on Thursday night. He hasn’t even started for his country and yet, De Mos claims he will star at the World Cup later this year.

We shall have to wait and see whether that prediction comes true or not but there is no doubt that the 20-year-old is a very promising young talent.

In just seven league appearances so far this campaign, Taylor has scored three goals and contributed two assists. He could well be poised for a breakout season.
