Juventus midfielder Emre Can is a target for Manchester United, according to Tuttosport. The Italian newspaper reports that the midfielder’s entourage has been contacted by a number of Premier League and Bundesliga clubs but the Red Devils are the “most attractive option.”
The German international left Liverpool for Juventus fifteen months ago, but he has struggled for games since the arrival of Maurizio Sarri as manager in the summer.
Can publicly vented his frustration after being left out of the Champions League squad in September. He claimed he had been given assurances that he would be included, but the promise was not kept.
The 25-year-old has only made three substitute appearances in the league as a result this season, coming against Napoli, SPAL and Inter Milan.
Tuttosport say that Can could be part of a double deal with Mario Mandzukic also being tipped to make the switch to Old Trafford in January.
