United Keeping Tabs On Unsettled Tottenham Star With Solskjaer Eyeing Him As Lukaku’s Replacement

Manchester United are weighing up a move for Tottenham winger Lucas Moura, according to the Daily Star. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to strengthen up front and is a keen admirer of the Brazilian.

The Red Devils have weakened their forward line after offloading Romelu Lukaku, and Solskjaer believes Moura could be a more mobile, versatile replacement for the Belgian, who can play right across the frontline.

Moura only signed a new deal in July and it would be a surprise if Spurs let him go. The 27-year-old has, though, only started three games so far this season and if he continues to have limited game time, he may be more open to a switch in January.

United are also said to be watching Moura’s teammate Eric Dier, but it seems the Brazilian is the priority at the moment as Solskjaer looks to add more pace and flair to his attack.
