United Draw Up Four-Man Summer Transfer Wishlist, With One Surprise Name Included

Manchester United will target four major signings in the summer, according to the Mirror.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly keen to strengthen in all areas of the pitch with a centre-back, a fullback, and two wingers being targeted.

As expected, Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is at the top of the club’s transfer priorities, along with Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly and Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The fourth and final name are on the shortlist is quite surprising. Chelsea wide man Callum Hudson-Odoi has been mooted as a possible transfer target, but it appears United are serious about recruiting the 18-year-old.

With the Blues currently under a transfer ban, selling one of their most talented young players is unlikely. However, the England international’s contract does expire in 2020.

Hudson-Odoi is reportedly unwilling to sign a new deal with the teenager focused on getting more first-team football. Whether Chelsea would be persuaded to sell for the right fee in the summer, it remains to be seen.
