Manchester United are interested in Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, as well as his teammate Victor Osimhen, according to AreaNapoli.it.

The Italian website claims that Koulibaly’s agent, Fali Ramadani, is “in contact” with United, in addition to the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

It is believed that the Serie A club’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis is looking to sell Koulibaly for around €35m (£29.8m) this summer, with the 30-year-old having only a year left on his contract.

Osimhen, meanwhile, has been heavily linked with United, Arsenal and Newcastle in recent weeks, with Napoli reportedly setting an asking price for the Nigerian international at approximately €110m (£93.65m).

It would be a huge outlay on the two players, but it is believed that new manager Erik ten Hag is very keen on signing a new centre-back and striker (in addition to two midfielders). You can’t, therefore, rule out the Red Devils sanctioning a move for both Koulibaly and Osimhen.
