United Begin Talks With Real Madrid Over £150m Deal For 26-Year-Old

Manchester United have begun talks with Real Madrid regarding the sale of Paul Pogba, according to the Sun.

The Red Devils will apparently demand £150m from the La Liga club as they are reluctant to sell the 26-year-old this summer.

Reports suggest that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would like Pogba to stay at Old Trafford so he can build his team around him.

However, if the Frenchman is intent on leaving then the Manchester club are believed to have drawn up a list of possible replacements.

Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen is said to be high on the club’s priorities with the Dane having already publicly stated he’ll consider moving clubs this summer with just one year remaining on his contract.

Monaco’s Youri Tielemans is also an option with the Belgian international available for transfer following the end of his loan spell at Leicester.

Sporting Lisbon’s Bruno Fernandes has also been tipped as a candidate, although it must be said there has been a lot of contradictory rumours regarding the Portuguese international’s move to Old Trafford.
