Paris Saint-Germain fullback Thomas Meunier is available for just €30m (£26m) this summer, according to reports in France.
The Belgian international has only one year left on his contract at the Parc des Princes and will be allowed to leave at the end of the season.
Manchester United have been linked with a bid for Meunier but they are not the only Premier League team keen on recruiting the 27-year-old.
Arsenal and Chelsea are also said to be in the mix, although the Blues’ involvement depends on them having their transfer ban lifted on appeal by FIFA.
In United’s case, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be keen to bring in an experienced replacement when captain Antonio Valencia departs the club in the summer.
Reports in recent days have also suggested Juventus right-back Joao Cancelo as a potential option, while Crystal Palace’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka could be considered if they are looking for a younger player.
