Manchester United are monitoring Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, according to reports in the French media.
The 21-year-old only made his debut for France in September but he started the UEFA Nations League final at the weekend, along with Paul Pogba, helping his team to secure a 2-1 win over Spain.
With the Red Devils keen on strengthening their midfield options, Tchouameni looks like an ideal candidate, especially as he has already shown that he can perform well in the same team as Pogba.
However, United are not the only club interested in the Frenchman. Both Liverpool and Chelsea also hold a longstanding interest in the midfielder and are probably lining up their own bids for the player.
It has been claimed, both in England and in France, that Tchouameni is valued at around €40m (£34m) by Monaco but their valuation is likely to rise, considering his performances for both club and country.
