United Are ‘Serious About’ Snapping Up Prolific La Liga Striker Who Is Available For 35.7M

Manchester United are “serious about” signing Sevilla forward Youssef En-Nesyri, according to Super Deporte.

The Valencia-based newspaper claims a move for the Moroccan international is very likely to happen next summer and “everything indicates” that a move to the Premier League is on the cards.

West Ham reportedly failed with a €30m offer earlier this year, while Arsenal have also “shown interest” in En-Nesyri, but it is thought that United are the favourites to snap him up at the moment.

The 24-year-old scored 24 goals in all competitions last season and, while he has only managed three so far this campaign, that is mainly down to a muscular injury which has kept him sidelined for a number of weeks.

Sevilla are believed to be prepared to cash in on En-Nesyri with Super Deporte stating a €42m (£35.7m) asking price has already been set for the striker. With Edinson Cavani expected to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, it seems United may already have a replacement in mind.
