The Romanian international has been in good form for his club this season and has attracted the attention of United scouts.

The Red Devils are not the only team keen on Man, though, with Tottenham, Roma and Fenerbahce also hot on his trail.

The Turkish side have reportedly already had a bid turned down by FCSB (formerly Steaua Bucharest), said to be worth £2.5m, but the Romanian outfit believed to be open to offers for the 20-year-old.

has seven goals and three assists in 22 appearances so far this campaign and made his senior debut for his country earlier this year in a 1-0 friendly win against Sweden.
