United And Chelsea On Alert After Report Reveals That Transfer Is Now The ‘Most Plausible Scenario’ For Bundesliga Ace

Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman is expected to leave the Allianz Arena at the end of the season after talks over a new contract stalled, according to Fussballtransfers.com.

The German website reports that a departure in the summer is now the “most plausible scenario” with neither Coman nor Bayern believing a compromise can be reached that would lead to a new deal being agreed.

Coman will have just one year remaining on his contract next June so a sale is likely with Bayern unwilling to let the France international leave for nothing.

Fussball Transfers report that Manchester United and Chelsea were sounded out by Coman’s agent a few months ago, although neither club made a formal approach before the transfer window closed in August.

After United signed Jadon Sancho, it was assumed that their interest in Coman had cooled, but we shall see if their stance changes if the Frenchman is available for a knockdown price next year.
