United And Arsenal Named Among Four Teams Pursuing 129 Cap Brazilian Star

Manchester United Women are one of a number of clubs pursuing a move for North Carolina Courage striker Debinha, according to journalist Rob Pratley.

Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and “several” NWSL teams are also considering making bids for the 31-year-old:

Debinha has been with North Carolina Courage for nearly six years, having won two NWSL Championships, three NWSL Shields and one Challenge Cup during her time with the franchise.

She has also been capped 129 times by Brazil over an eleven-year period, having scored 57 times for her country.

United are seemingly keen to strengthen their options up front as they look to maintain the pressure on Chelsea at the top of the Women’s Super League table.

Heading into the winter break, Marc Skinner’s team are five points behind the current league leaders, with a game in hand. Having someone like Debinha to inspire the team for the second half of the campaign would be a massive coup.
