United Among Three Teams Who Have Registered An Interest In Signing Brazilian Ace

Manchester United are one of three teams who have registered their interest in Ajax winger David Neres, according to Sky in Germany.

The TV network have reported that United, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid have all made contact with the player’s advisers.

Neres is currently with Brazil at the Copa America, and any further developments are likely to happen after the 22-year-old’s involvement in the tournament is over.

A move for the Brazilian international would be a surprise considering the Red Devils have already signed a pacey winger in Daniel James this summer.

However, Neres would offer more experience than the Welsh international. He made 50 appearances in all competitions for Ajax last season, scoring 12 goals and providing 15 assists.

The winger played an important role as the Dutch club made it to the semi-finals of the Champions League, scoring a vital equaliser in the first leg of the quarter-final against Juventus.
