United Ace Named Alongside Arsenal And City Stars As PL Player Of The Month Nominees Are Revealed

Rashford

Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award.

The 25-year-old has been in outstanding form recently, racking up three goals in just four league appearances for the Red Devils across the month of January.

Rashford scored the third in a comfortable 3-0 victory over Bournemouth just after the turn of the year, before getting the winner in the Manchester derby. While his opener against Arsenal ultimately proved in vain, as United slipped to a 3-2 defeat, he was, nonetheless, unplayable at the Emirates.

Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez, Newcastle United’s Dan Burn, Brighton’s Solly March, Brentford’s David Raya and Nottingham Forest’s Brennan Johnson are also up for the accolade.

However, Rashford will be favourite for the prize, considering the level of performances he has been producing in recent weeks. United supporters can vote for the striker by visiting the website here.
