Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez made the surprise announcement on Twitter yesterday that he will be making a decision on his “new club” in three days.

He followed up that with another tweet, translated into English, before updating it again today with the words “Nueva Ilusion” or “New Dream”, reducing the countdown to two days.

Niguez has been heavily linked with both Manchester United and Manchester City in recent months but it would be a surprise if he was actually on the move, unless someone has paid his staggering release clause.
