‘They Ain’t Ready’ ‘That’s Fine TBH’ ‘That’ll Be Interesting’ Fans Discuss United’s Next Europa League Opponents

Europa League

Manchester United have been drawn against Real Betis in the last 16 of the Europa League.

After overcoming Barcelona in a dramatic second leg at Old Trafford on Thursday evening, Erik ten Hag’s team will again face Spanish opponents.

Fans on Twitter are pretty confident that the Red Devils can see off Betis, having already put La Liga leaders Barca to the sword:

Ten Hag’s men will definitely be favourites to progress to the quarter-finals. Betis are a decent side but they don’t cause teams many problems in terms of their attacking threat.

This season, they have scored just 29 goals in 22 matches but they are quite strong at the back as well, so you wouldn’t expect the two legs to be high scoring.

Considering United possess a ton of firepower, with the likes of Marcus Rashford, Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Alejandro Garnarcho, they should have enough to make it through to the next round.
