Cole Palmer – Manchester City
The 20-year-old is one of the main reasons why City have decided against replacing Raheem Sterling this summer. He had already made an impression with some of his cameos last season, although he was sidelined for a fair few months with injury.
If Palmer can maintain his fitness, he is expected to be Riyad Mahrez’s understudy on the right-hand side of the attack. Whether he will have a Phil Foden-like impact, though, we shall have to wait and see.
