Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund has revealed that he is a “huge Manchester United fan”.
The Red Devils, Arsenal and Newcastle have all been linked with the 20-year-old, who made a massive impression during the international break by scoring FIVE times in two appearances for Denmark.
Some have already labelled him the next Erling Haaland and the news that the forward would love to play for United has got many fans talking on Twitter:

He’d be the perfect player to bring in as a secondary striker option behind a Oshimen/Kane/Ramos.
We should be all over this signing, he’s unreal on FM.

Bring him and Evan Ferguson in! 🥴

Instead of spending over 120m on Osimhen just use that to buy Evan Ferguson and Rasmus. Job done.

Agent Eriksen can do the job

Reports in the Italian media suggest that Atalanta will hold out for between €40m (£35m) and €50m (£44m) to sell Hojlund when the transfer window reopens this summer.
The Dane only made the move to Italy from Sturm Graz for €20m last year, and it appears Atalanta are keen to make a quick profit on the forward. Considering the outstanding start to his international career, there are likely to be plenty more suitors by the end of the season.
