Journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that Manchester United are “confident” that winger Alejandro Garnacho will sign a new contract.
The 18-year-old has two and a half years left on his current deal but, after some very impressive performances for the first team, Romano says United are keen for the player to commit his long-term future to the club:

It was reported last week that Garnacho is attracting interest from plenty of other teams. Arsenal, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have all been mentioned as potential suitors recently.
After breaking into the senior setup at Old Trafford, though, Garnacho is likely to be happy to remain at Old Trafford, as long as he continues to get game time under manager Erik ten Hag.
The Argentinian Under 20 international has only started three matches for the Red Devils but, after scoring a last-gasp winner last time out against Fulham, he is very much pushing for regular action.
