Manchester United have offered a contract worth €10m (£8.9m) a season to Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to reports in France.
The Frenchman will also get a €5m (£4.4m) signing-on fee if he decides to move to Old Trafford this summer.
Tottenham are also said to be keen on Rabiot but the midfielder has reportedly opted against a move to Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
The Frenchman is out of contract at the end of this month but despite interest from a host of clubs, including Barcelona and Arsenal, the player has yet to agree a deal with any team.
Rabiot last played a game back in December after he was frozen out by PSG following his decision to reject a new contract with the Ligue One club.
He was also suspended back in March after seemingly celebrating his own team’s defeat to United in the Champions League round of 16 tie.
